One of the most important aspects of our Black Belt test is "giving back or paying it forward" by assisting/creating community services projects and volunteering to help those in need. In keeping with our Black Belt philosophy we've decided donate our time and to offer our Black Belt Alumni Classes for no monetary fee. We will however ask for donations to the charity highlighted that month. We will provide a list of charities and their corresponding months so our BB Alumni will know what type of donations to bring. This month (January) we will be asking for donations of canned or non-perishable foods for the Los Angels Food Bank.
We know life takes many different paths so we've developed the class to accommodate for all fitness levels. Our goal is to provide a positive and challenging environment that promotes personal growth, mental vitality, and physical fitness.
January's class will consist of warm up, shield kicking drills, mitt punching drills, footwork, slips and distance training. We will close class with paddle ball matches.
We look forward to reconnecting, breaking a sweat and sharing what we love...the martial arts!
Don't miss the first Black Belt Alumni Class of 2015.
